Acute Incite, LLC collects only the information needed to respond to you, deliver work you request, operate this website and meet our legal and financial obligations.
Information you choose to provide
If you email us or book a session, we may receive your name, contact details, organization, scheduling preferences, intake responses and the information you choose to share about your problem. We use it to respond, prepare for and deliver the requested service, maintain business records and improve our work.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling experience. Acute Incite receives transaction and confirmation details needed to deliver the service and keep financial records; we do not receive or store your complete payment-card number on this website.
How long we keep information
We keep business, correspondence and transaction records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, our professional obligations, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, when you ask us to, when needed to deliver contracted work, or when required to protect rights, safety or comply with law.
Service providers and external links
This site links to Google Calendar for scheduling, Stripe for payment, theCommons Academy for tools and learning, LinkedIn and other third-party sites. Those services process information under their own notices and terms. Review the Google Privacy Policy ↗ and Stripe Privacy Policy ↗ before using their services.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain uses, or ask for a portable copy where applicable. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions. We will verify requests before acting on them.
To make a request, email info@acuteincite.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. You may also contact the relevant data protection or consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Paid working-session terms
Untangle It: payment confirms a 25-minute working session. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
Applied Systems Diagnostic: payment confirms a 45-minute diagnostic, preparation and a written action brief. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule.
Bookings are non-refundable because time is reserved and preparation may begin before the meeting. If Acute Incite must cancel and cannot find a suitable new time, we will issue a full refund. A session is advisory and does not create a continuing consulting engagement unless both parties agree in writing.
